Lisa Kaplin

Lisa is an award-winning executive coach, psychologist, and professional speaker with 22+ years of experience in psychological fields. She has been named a top 20 executive coach in Chicago and Women’s Empowerment Coach of the Year by CEO Today. 

Lisa works with diverse clients, including CEOs, CFOs, and teams across various industries, specializing in stress management, team building, productivity, leadership development, relationships, and confidence. 

She holds multiple degrees, including a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology with a Systems minor, and certifications in Life Coaching, Energy Leadership, Core Well Being, and PCC from the International Coaching Federation. Lisa’s expertise in leadership, emotional intelligence, communication, and relationship building makes her a highly sought-after coach and speaker.

Andy Scantland

Andy is a certified executive coach with a focus on helping leaders lead authentically and effectively. With over 2,500 hours of experience, he has worked with executives across various sectors, including start-ups, Fortune 500 enterprises, government, and nonprofits. Andy’s coaching approach combines co-active, Socratic methods with evidence-based practices to increase authenticity, clarity, engagement, and performance. 

He holds several certifications in coaching and assessments, including Brain-based Coaching and the StandOut Strengths assessment. Andy has a comprehensive knowledge of strategy, sales, communications, research, and financial analysis, and holds an MBA from Emory University and a BS in Management from Clemson University.

Nadia Ali

Nadia is a consultant, storyteller, facilitator, and team builder. She works with organizations at the intersection of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) and systems innovation, healthcare, leadership development, and organizational culture. She helps them bring JEDI into their operating systems, culture, and overall fabric of the organization.

Nadia uses a trauma-informed lens, therapeutic communication techniques, and adult learning principles. She draws from her lived experience and professional experience by blending a deep understanding of racial equity, various leadership frameworks, and workplace dynamics.

Nadia is a graduate of New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and Rutgers University.

Meredith Masse

Meredith Masse is a certified professional coach with over 15 years of experience in coaching, leadership development, and consulting. Her focus is on mid-career leaders and their teams who struggle with finding meaning and purpose in their work. With Meredith’s coaching, clients shift their mindset from obligation to opportunity, rediscover their strengths and put them to work, and learn to bring purpose back into their work life. 

Meredith has worked with a range of clients, including Market Street Research, HelloFresh and Airbnb. Her work has included designing, developing, and delivering leadership development programs, coaching, team development consulting, culture assessments, public speaking, and presentations.

Meredith holds a professional coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and is a Kolbe Certified Consultant. She earned two degrees from the University of Maryland.

Natasha Lindor

Natasha Lindor is an accomplished certified professional coach and energy leadership expert with over 15 years of experience in corporate environments. She started her career at Colgate-Palmolive, where she was recognized as part of the Sales Circle of Excellence, and went on to work in PR and internal communications/employee engagement for companies such as Mars, Kaiser Permanente, and Illinois Eye-Bank. 

Natasha has a BSBA in Marketing from Washington University and a MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and certified in Energy Leadership and COR.E Dynamics Transitions. 

Her mission is to infuse more joy, happiness and personal fulfillment in the day-to-day work experience, especially during times of personal, professional and organizational change. Her work has impacted leaders at all levels at Fortune 500 companies.

La Toya Haynes

La Toya is an award-winning executive coach, HR consultant, and talent management subject matter expert with over 25 years of corporate experience. Her corporate experience includes employers such as General Motors, Tyco International, Procter&Gamble, Ericsson, Tupperware Brands, Intuit, and Vista Equity Partners. 

La Toya’s work includes a focus on organizational transformation and change management, talent management, leadership development, team building, and executive coaching. She has also been featured as a guest on several podcasts and as a speaker for professional development conferences and events.  She is certified in Insights Discovery, DEIB, Executive Coaching, and a Patrick Lencioni Facilitator. 

La Toya has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Southern University and A&M College and a master’s degree in organizational development and executive coaching from the University of Texas. She believes that playing small does not serve the world and encourages her clients to be bold, be accountable, and be authentic! 

Cara Mills

Cara is a strategic operations leader with a strong track record of supporting leadership teams, streamlining processes, and driving business growth. With over 15 years of experience leading teams, managing complex projects, and optimizing business operations, she understands what it takes to keep organizations running smoothly. As a trusted partner to leadership teams, she ensures that high-impact initiatives are executed efficiently, allowing leaders to focus on strategy and growth. Cara’s expertise spans project management, business development, data analysis, and executive support, all with a focus on creating structure and efficiency. A natural problem-solver and collaborator, she thrives on building systems that drive results.

Cara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Denison University. Based in Colorado, she enjoys hiking, running, and contributing to her community through volunteer work focused on youth development.
